The mail archive got moved to
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-coreutils/>, and unfortunately
the old URLs no longer work.

I've checked in fixes to the web page master copy, and the coreutils
web pages should be fixed in a day or so.  Thanks for reporting the
problem.
