Sorry, my mistake; it is the same disease though, and I think this
describes the problem you're seeing:

Now that RHL9 is out of support, you'll have to hunt around for a
suitable update. Of course, you could always just build from the latest
source, but if you need a Redhat-provided drop-in package I'd try
looking in Fedora Core 1 or 2, or the development "rawhide"
repositories.
