Right. But it would still be *nice* if GNU hostname did not trigger
any breakage in such non-portable scripts. And it would be nice if
GNU hostname supported both the -s/--short and -f/--fqdn options, so
that it would not enforce policy, but rather let admins decide for
themselves which form to use - i.e., the long form. :)
