Building with Borland Builder 5

I've been unsuccesful builing with the Makefile.bcc.  I found a couple of
mods to the makefile (which replace the % - BCC 5 doesn't know what it
is) - but I still can't get past thread.cpp.  Looks like the first problem
that hits is that it can't link to C++\config.h even though the file
exists at that location.

Any hints?  I was able to successfully build with Visual Studio but
Borland doesn't seem to want to use these lib files.
