port.cpp and GCC warning

Hi.

No doubt that CommonC++ is great, but there are a few bugs/issues that I
would like to get fixed in a future release:

1. Will the next version af CommonC++ include the patch to port.cpp (and
serial.cpp) as suggested by Bill Schiller? I had to do a similar patch to
version 1.9.1, as I'm using the SocketService.

2. I get the following compiler warning when including thread.h (RedHat
7.2, GCC 2.96, i386). Version 1.9.0 did not return this warning.

/usr/local/include/cc++/thread.h:1023: warning: `void ost::ccxx_sigsuspend
(int)' declared `static' but never defined

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Jon
