[Bug gjdoc/26229] New: Does not handle deprecated on classes

gjdoc currently only handles deprecated on constructors, methods correctly.
deprecated tags on classes are not included in the generated html. Furthermore
if a class is deprecated it should be marked as such in the package-summary
file instead of the inclusion of its description. 

Attached an example for differences between gjdoc and javadoc.
