[Bug inetlib/26010] New: Please make gnu.inet.imap.IMAPConnection.sendCommand() public

SSIA - making sendCommand() public would allow sending custom commands to a
server (e.g. to get the server's response to a command inetlib doesn't support
yet, such as THREAD - or local extensions to imapd) while still using gnumail's
inetlib IMAP wrappers for basic operations.

It would also make porting code using com.sun.imap.* easier
("IMAPFolder.doCommand")
