2.0.a10 has minor changes to modified network protocol, now fully
tested and with hooks for public key authentication.

I have renamed the components to avoid accidents:

 cfengine -> cfagent
 cfd      -> cfservd

in case anyone wants to install and test on a small number of
systems. Again, I would not recommend using this for production
yet, since further changes are coming which will minimize the
pain.
