This is another set of examples that alarmed out.
If the alarm (100) solution doesn't work, perhaps you can take the
host for which it's easiest to debug, and run GDB on that. They're
probably all failing for the same reason.
Are you using NFS to run these tests? Is it possible that it takes
NFS more than 10 seconds to do a mount, due to DNS problems or
something like that? That would explain things.
