It is not clear what should be a useful location for diagnostics. Original
Bison uses as default the region which has the grammar symbol as sentence.
However, a more practical values for error location is the line on which the
wrror occurrded for, plus the offset of the failing token on that line.

Does POSIX say anything about locations?
