Both problems are the same, i.e., bison seems to produce invalid CC code
which isn't accepted by gcc 3.0.3.  Hopefully the bison people
provide an answer -- since groff nowhere uses iostream.h, the patch
on the web page can be of temporal nature only IMHO.
