As a matter of fact, this is due to my indecision wrt the repo model
to adopt. I hate including those guys in, and I'm much more in favor
of a ./bootstrap script.
The previous model includes everything so that people can download and
run it. When upgrading to Automake 1.5 I forgot to include this guy.
I think that in the future I will go back to the `CVS = maintainer
files' model.
Just for my information: do you have Automake 1.5?
