bison bug ; wiht "-S" option included in something.dsp

        php4nsapi.dsp,
        php4ts.dsp,
        ZendTS.dsp
        
These projects have the error message heading following messages :

and,  can't create these output files.

To solve this problem, I tried to compile the newest version 1.28 of Bison, and 
make bison.exe,
but the same error resuted.

How can I solve this problem?
