I have no need for it.

libsframe has a source dependency on libctf.
So perhaps if libsframe is going to be required, this dependency
could be lifted.
I have a setup where I want to remove unnecessary sources from the tree.
However, libctf cannot be removed due to this dependency; and libsframe
cannot be removed because it is hard-coded in.
