[Bug-bayonne] unable to 'make' ccscript-1.1.0

Hi,

I am unable to make ccscript-1.1.0. It fails with the following errors on
an out-of-the-box RedHat 6.2 full install on a i586 (but looks more like
missing files rather than something system specific).
