[sr #110828] configure: error: could not determine the string function for int64_t

Follow-up Comment #1, sr #110828 (project autoconf):

"Based on autoconf" is possibly doing a lot of heavy lifting here. 

I suggest two things:
1. Report it to the Apache folks first;
2. Include the full configure output & config.log here as attachments.
