configure warning

Hello,

I just received a warning when using fink on Mac 10.3.3 to update all 
of my packages.  Unfortunately there are some serious issues, for 
example 'ls' will segfault.  I haven't looked at the terminal output 
much yet since I've been working on other things, but I've attached the 
terminal output as a text file if this helps you at all.  Let me know 
if you need any more details, and please let me know what went wrong 
and what the solution is.
