warning compiling kdenetwork-3.2.0_beta1

Hi 

Trying to compile kdenetwork 3.2.0 Beta 1 (3.1.93), results in the
following warnings:

This is from linux-headers 2.4.21, running gcc 3.3.2 and
autoconf 2.57a.  Tell me if you need anything else.
