Hello:

I'm reporting a bug, as requested by a ./configure script I ran, as part of building the Amanda UNIX backup package (www.amanda.org). Here's the message given to me by ./configure:

configure: WARNING: netinet/ip.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: netinet/ip.h: check for missing prerequisite headers? configure: WARNING: netinet/ip.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result
 configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------ ##
configure: WARNING: ## Report this to address@hidden ##
 configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------ ##

Here's some more info:

First 3 lines of ./configure:
 #! /bin/sh
 # Guess values for system-dependent variables and create Makefiles.
 # Generated by GNU Autoconf 2.57.

Make version:
 GNU Make 3.80

GCC version:
Configured with: ../configure --disable-nls --with-as=/usr/ccs/bin/as --with-ld=/usr/ccs/bin/ld
 Thread model: posix
 gcc version 3.3

uname -a:
SunOS ross 5.8 Generic_108528-22 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-2

Hope that helps, let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Cheers
