Hi,
Just to add something to this article:
- Dyalog is free for non-commercial use
- ISO 13751 could be bought from official site for like 60$ (I bought it
for instance)
- In order to create APL keyboard layout on OSX one could use excellent
program Ukelele. I did my layout based on Dvorak layout I use.
- IBM APL2 Reference manual is an excellent source of information, it is
free to download
- Books are better: in particular I like Mastering Dyalog APL(it is
also free) and APL2 At Glance.
- J language is not an ASCII extension to APL, but a different language
