[Bug-apl] Unicode math characters

Hi,

Is it something in standard what prevents us from using unicode 
mathematical characters 
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathematical_operators_and_symbols_in_Unicode) 
to define own functions/operators? Would be awesome for users to define 
own notation based on short descriptive unicode mathematical characters 
instead of textual function names.
