OK Jürgen:

Mac desktops use USB or Bluetooth Keyboards.

Of course laptops have the KB built in.

Here are the files:

a) Installation Guide

Installation Guide.pdf
Description: Adobe PDF document

b) keyboard layout

MacAplAlt.keylayout
Description: Binary data

Please install the layout in a folder named OS X-keyboard in the support-files folder.

(The Guide refers to that folder by name)
