[Bug-apl] TextWrangler, Emacs Key Bindings and GNU APL

Bare Bones Software makes a free text editor for Macintosh called TextWrangler.
It's a mildly stripped down version of their great BBEdit professional product 
which I have used for umpteen years.
The interesting thing is that it has a bunch of Emacs Key Bindings. See below 
for details.

Following Elias' lead with emacs I'm thinking it would be nice to make it 
available on Macintosh.
How should I go about that?
