I fixed the printouts of )COPY, )SAVE and )ERASE. See SVN 258.

The problem is, if you erase something and mistype it, there is no
message. You have no idea you didn't erase it. I don't remember what
other APL's did. Perhaps someone with some other APL's can see what
theirs returns.
