a2ps: UPC compatability

Dear a2ps maintainers,

As part of the GCC UPC project I have created a file which adds UPC functionality to a2ps(attached). It is a modified version of c.ssh, as the 2 languages are very similar.  I would appreciate it if you included it in the next release of a2ps. 

I have not been able to figure out any specific maintainers' emails, nor have I found a website dedicated to a2ps.  (I used this site for the bug email)
