there are problems with the symlinks:
http://www.gnu.org/brave-gnu-world/brave-gnu-world-2003.en.html
works,
http://www.gnu.org/brave-gnu-world/brave-gnu-world.en.html
gives 404 not found,
http://www.gnu.org/brave-gnu-world/
gives 403 forbidden.
