Well, I implemented it, and then I installed it.
It turns out `i' won't be usable for URIs, since we need
file name completion, and `read-file-name' interprets double
slash as special syntax for discarding whatever comes before.
If anyone can think of a way to work around this,
that would be really appreciated.
