I once searched and the only thing i could find is that urdu nastaliq font.
it's GPL'ed und you can download it from 
http://tabish.freeshell.org/u-font/
unfortunatly it's a self-extracting windows zip file. you can either use wine 
or get the ttf file directly from 
http://irfca.org/users/delhimetro/fonts/nastaliq_unicode.ttf
As it is GPL'ed someone who knows how to work with ttf's would be able to use 
this as a starting point for maybe farsi nastaliq...
