There is already on the web!
http://people.debian.org/~seppy/d-i/translation-status.html also if you 
download the latest iso image of sarge installer you will see some thing 
there, not much and not good but it is there!

Check here and you will find everything about it!
Unfortunatly there is some errors regarding to Farsi characters, we should 
work on it.
