Dear all,
To install 'bkchem 0.14.0-pre4' on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with (with by
default python3):
sudo apt install bkchem
sudo apt install python2
sudo sed -i 's|exec python3|exec python2|' /usr/bin/bkchem
I run bkchem on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and get the following error messages:
bkchem
Could not load module pdf_cairo
Could not load module png_cairo
Could not load module svg_cairo
Could not load module ps_cairo
On Ubuntu 18.04 LTS; no problem I can find the 'python-cairo' package:
sudo apt install python-cairo
...
python-cairo is already the newest version (1.16.2-1).
Is there a 'python-cairo' package for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS to be used
with python2 ?
I cannot find it...
thank you,
regards, Francois
