I like the concept of your %language declaration. I've often thought it
was odd that even mild mannered users should have to know the names of
internal skeleton files and what they're for.
I'd like to get this ball rolling again, but I haven't been following this
discussion. To save me some time, can you summarize previous objections
to your patch?
