I am too curious about that; especially %code: I suggested a % define for code placement to be called %code. And %requires, %provides sounds as though takenfrom LaTeX 2. But what is %code-top?It's all documented in the Bison manual and in NEWS in CVS.
I do not use CVS right now, as the features I needed for C++ haven't been present until very recently, though I may pick down again in the future. So, %require is documented in 3.2a, but not the others.
