[Bison-patches] filenames extensions

Hi,

I suggest this patch. It computes filename extensions
from the given ones. ex: parse.yy will give parse.tab.cc 
and parse.tab.hh if needed. It works with all options
that manipulate filenames. (extension.patch)

And warn.patch that correct a little problem when
Bison is compiling.
