It's been a while since I last used Bino with Equalizer. I think that
was version 1.6.x of Equalizer.

Depending on what you want to do, you could also have a look at
qvr-videoplayer:
https://github.com/marlam/qvr/tree/master/qvr-videoplayer

QVR and qvr-videoplayer only require Qt (everything else is optional),
and they have better support for Virtual Reality systems than Bino. On
the other hand, there is no GUI, cluster-based configurations typically
cause more network load, and some of the more exotic options of Bino
are not supported.
