Ideally, loading MPO files should be done through FFmpeg so that we do
not have to make a special case for MPO files and they work over http
etc just like other FFmpeg sources.

I realize this may be very difficult and it may be ok to make an
exception for these files, but we should keep that in mind as the
preferable long-term solution.
