Bino requires OpenGL 2.1 with framebuffer objects; your system does not
seem to support that.

According to
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_ATI_Graphics_Processing_Units>,
the ATI X1900 graphics card is limited to OpenGL 2.0.
Sorry, but it seems Bino will not work on your computer.
