Bino 0.3 is released!
This release adds a simple GUI, based on Qt. Freeglut is not used
anymore. Several bugs have been fixed and several performance
improvements were made.
The output modes even-odd-rows, even-odd-columns, and checkerboard
now use glPolygonStipple instead of stencil buffers.
This fixes several problems, but unfortunately some of the free Linux
graphics drivers currently do not implement glPolygonStipple
correctly, so these output modes currently do not work with these drivers.
