I figured out where. It's in the sbin/bayonne script:
if test -d /etc/$basename ; then
CONFIG_KEYDATA=/etc/$basename/
elif test -d "/share/sys/bayonne/bayonne-1.2.6-1/etc/$basename" ; then
CONFIG_KEYDATA="/share/sys/bayonne/bayonne-1.2.6-1/etc/$basename/"
fi
