[Bammds-users] Problem plotting when using latest bammds on server

Hi there,

We've run into an issue with a global installation of bammds in that 
it's looking for the plot.r file in a file "bammds" under the "bin" 
file, when the plot.r is just under bin. See error:

Can't exec "bammds_plot.r": No such file or directory at 
/storage/software/bammds/bin/bammds line 4806.

We don't know how to fix the problem, any suggestions?
