Well, you'll understand if I don't reveal everything in advance of
submitting the paper.  ;-)

But the general form of it is this:

Define five expressions, each of which is a Fourier series with terms
up to and including second harmonic, in three position ordinates.

Construct five equations using those five expressions, along with the
differentiate() function and the addition, subtraction, and
multiplication operators.

Use the integrate() function to separate out individual Fourier
components of the equations (now going up to third harmonics, because
of the above-mentioned use of the multiplication operator).

Use the solve() and subst() functions to solve the individual
Fourier-component equations for the coefficients in the original
expressions.
