well, clearly i think the table organization is clearer :-)
the advantage is that you can see at a glance which binaries
are available, which are downlevel, and which are missing.
that way we can direct efforts at making binaries.

entries in the table can point to the same binaries if they
work across multiple platforms so there is no need for a
page per table entry.

we could even color code the table entries for "partial",
"experimental branch", "silver" and "gold" versions so it
would be possible to have multiple versions per platform.
