Stephane Dalmas <address@hidden> is the responsible 
person at INRIA. I've already asked him about Manuel's software. He told 
me that it will be released under an open source license. Is is not yet 
fixed which one and he was very busy with other things, but Manuel's 
work will eventually become accessible.
