Greetings! mingw is the primary windows porting effort, and will
remain so for the foreseeable future. Recently, a gcl user has been
working to get a cygwin build, which should not be too difficult. If
you choose to go this route, please look at the thread on
address@hidden -- we will happily assist you in your efforts (in
either case.
