All copyright notices in source files now say:

/* See LICENSE.AXIOM for Copyright */

I had several dozen email discussions about this. Embedding the copyright
text into the source files does NOT change the copyright to be "more
effective" in any way and is complete overkill. The copyright notices
were collected into the LICENSE directory so they could be consistently
managed.

Please replace all copyright text, no matter where it occurs, by the above text.
Of course, if the copyright is not NAG's copyright you need to change it
appropriately. If it is a new copyright notice that is not in the LICENSE
subdirectory then let me handle it.
