[avrdude-dev] Incorrect FT245R/FT232R Synchronous BitBangMode Programmer shutdown

Hello, avrdude developers!

I noticed that avrdude frequently crashes or hangs on exit when using
'ftdi_syncbb' based programmers. I investigated this issue and found out
that it is caused by incorrect reader thread cancellation in
ft245r_close(). In attachment you can find patch that solves this issue.
