Details:

mikrokopter.de uses a modified butterfly bootloader, which requires a more
complex reset sequence before programming.
This patch adds a butterfly_mk programmer while keeping the original
butterfly intact.

env BUTTERFLY_MK avrdude -c butterfly
is a synonym to
avrdude -c butterfly_mk
useful for all those IDEs that cannot easily change their strings.
