Hello,

while i believe that it is arguable whether you follow the spirit of
opensource projects you are happily marketing under your label
"AtmanAvr C" -- after all, you don't have /any/ prominent notice on
your Website that the core of your compiler and other backend tools is
not your own work -- i think there are a number of copyright
violations regarding the software you are using.

I accuse you for violating at least one of my own copyrights, by not
following the copyright/redistribution conditions that are clearly
mentioned, that's for the file Examples/1200Test/1200test.s, which you
have simply cut out of the avr-libc documentation without marking its
origin. The original file has the following copyright and
redistribution notice:

/* Copyright (c) 2002, Joerg Wunsch
   All rights reserved.

Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without
modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met:

   * Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.
   * Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in
the documentation and/or other materials provided with the
     distribution.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS"
AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF
SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN
CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE)
ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
  POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. */

Further, it is evident that you are very likely violating the
copyright and redistribution conditions for the avr-libc project in
total, as well as at least for the GNU gcc and GNU binutils your are
shipping (probably more).

Since i am personally affected by your copyright violations, i demand
that you fix any of the copyright issues immediately, which includes:

. abiding to all copyright regulations of the software you are using
(mentioning the copyright holders, and copyright and redistribution
  conditions in your documentation),

. placing at least a some hint onto your website that mentions the
origin of the software you are using.

I hope we can resolve this issue quickly and in a manner that is
satisfactory for any involved party. I am absolutely not against
redistributing free software, you are quite welcome to provide a user
interface that might be more friendly to some users, and to make money
with that. But please, play by the rules, both the written ones, as
well as the rules of `good taste' that can be expected to followed.
