It's possible to have a target specific compilation flag that turns
error into warning. Perhaps
-no-error-but-warn-me-until-i-figure-it-out.
..or similar.
That seems rather silly. Make it a warning, and then if the user wants
to turn it into an error then they just use -Werror.
