[avr-gcc-list] distro for OS X?

On <http://www.nongnu.org/avr-libc/user-manual/overview.html>, it is
claimed that "AVR toolchain distros are available on FreeBSD, Windows,
Mac OS X, and certain flavors of Linux.".  As an OS X user and complete
newbie to AVR programming, this sounds good to me.  But I can't seem to
find these distros -- does anyone have a link?
