[avr-gcc-list] avr-libc make

I'm still trying to make the "crt43355.o" file for the WinAVR
distribution.

I have downloaded all the source for the avr-libc distribution that is
part of WinAVR.  I have the gcrt1.S file.

Can anyone give me instructions for making this under Windows?  The
makefiles in the distribution appear to be for automake (not part of the
distribution?) and all use UNIX definitions, not DOS/Windows.
